How’s it Growing was designed as a Master’s capstone project in partnership with Children’s Country Day School in Mendota Heights, MN and Green Mountain College in Poultney, VT. The following curriculum is separated into nine chapters relating to various themes encountered throughout the growing season. On the left you will find each chapter with activities relating to specific projects. Below, you will find a full version of the curriculum available for download. Use this website as a resource to start your own Farm to Preschool program or for ideas on how to incorporate food into daily activities with early childhood-aged children.
